We had a wonderful time at the spa. All staff were very hospitable and friendly and the spa was very clean and well presented. We were given cool water at regular intervals including in the sauna, which was lovely. We had a Turkish bath followed by a massage. The Turkish bath was fantastic and the staff did an excellent job. I did not feel uncomfortable at any point during our time at the spa. We came as a family and staff were careful in not separating us which was very kind. The massage was also excellent and thorough. Overall we had a lovely time and if we were in the area again we would definitely come back!

July 29, 2023Great Turkish bath. Warm and professional welcome from all the staff, little attentions that make the whole experience extremely pleasant. If you are looking for a deep massage, ask for a little Balinese lady named Komang, her hands are magic. Congratulations Hassan and staff!

When I arrived I was greeted by the owner, we had a chat, he was lovely, smiling and very welcoming. My whole treatment was amazing! Had a hammam and de-stress massage. I felt like I was re-born. I can only recommend it!

Very clean , helpful & professional from booking in to leaving a must try experience if you’ve not done previously 10/10

October 29, 2023My wife and I cannot recommend this amazing Traditional Turkish bath high enough. Ezme and Julia were simply the best. If you're in Oludeniz do treat yourself it's worth every penny, 2 hours and 40 minutes of pure luxury.

This was not my first experience in a spa but it was definitely my favorite one. It’s all in those little details which they focus on. It was such an amazing experience where they they pamper you so much you feel like a princess. They help you choose the type of massage based on what you want and need. They ask about the level of pressure you want and they make sure you leave a 100% satisfied with the service. My massager Komang was very friendly, thorough, and professional. I would definitely ask for her every time I go because hopefully this won’t be my last time visiting this spa. The music and atmosphere itself makes you relaxed from the moment you enter the spa. You can tell the owner cares about the place, staff, and customers.

July 29, 2023Highly recommend going here for a Turkish Bath & massage when you’re in Oludeniz. We had a wonderful experience and they were very welcoming and accommodating. They were able to offer tailored massages based on our needs. I had the Turkish Bath and massage with my Mum and Sister and we were well looked after by Veysel, Emrah, Yati and Siti plus two others from the team (so sorry I can’t recall the names). I have been to Turkey a few times and this was by far the best Turkish Bath experience I’ve had. Recommended for the beginning of your holiday to prepare your skin for the sun and to fully relax. You won’t be disappointed.

August 29, 2023Absolutely divine, this place transports you to the epitome of relaxation, pampering. The team is super friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. The booking system online is super convenient, and can also be reached on email, phone etc. The complimentary pick up service and hospitality made us feel royalty:) Mahri was ever friendly and lightens up with a smiling face:) The Apple tea is just perfect before/after massage. The sauna and Turkish ritual bath with coconut peel was an experience that I’d highly recommend, we then followed by massages ( aroma therapy and anti stress on one day, hot stone and Balinese another day). Mega and Komang were excellent therapists and would highly recommend Absolutely fantastic, don’t miss!

I had a really good quality massage which sometimes is quite hard to find in Turkey. The owner is well-traveled and knows how good Thai or Indonesians are at giving massage. My masseuse was a super sweet and caring lady from Bali! She’s thin but has lots of power in her hands! She also asked me several times if I was feeling good, if the pressure was enough and such! The owner cares about the place and its customers a lot! Definitely recommend!

Full service and the team make you feel so loved and welcomed from the moment you step inside this beautiful relaxing spa. You treated like a queen and they have highly skilled professionals offering a variety of massages and Turkish bath treatments. You feel completely relaxed, rejuvenated and so clean. Lovely Experience from start to finish. All the staff are very attentive. Felt truly spoilt! The facilities are spotlessly clean and modern. We enjoyed our experience so much we are going to go again at the end of our holiday.

This morning I had the most exquisite experience at Sanctuary day spa. I had the pre sun package and I was blown away by the quality of the treatments and the care taken! My skin looks and feels amazing and I’m so happy to start my holiday off with such a relaxing and nurturing experience. Both the therapists who treated me were professional and very attentive. I felt super looked after! Highly recommend and thinking about going back cos both the Turkish bath and massage were really lush.
